Overview:
This course reflects the role of individuals who take the first line of management in a wide range of businesses and industries. This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in managerial and supervisory roles in a range of industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others, apply solutions to predictable and unpredictable problems, analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
